[PATCH 1/3] Add base support for the Freescale MPC8349E-mITX eval board

(This a resubmit of [PATCH 1/3] Add support for the Freescale MPC8349E-mITX eval board)
This is largely based on 8349 SYS code. The 2nd PHY (5-port switch) and SATA are untested (work in progress).
The code that uses rtc_class to remove rtc chip dependencies is missing from this patch; it will be applied to other platforms (including this one) in a subsequent patch.
