As near as I can tell, the MGT5100 chip has been replaced by the
MPC5200.  Since the MGT5100 is essentially dead, there is no need to
rename it to MPC5100.  I think the MPC5200 came on the scene before
the MGT5100 was used in any products (beyond Motorola's demo/eval
platforms).  If anyone is aware of any products using the MGT5100,
please speak up.  The MGT5100 doesn't merit our long-term support.
