hfsplus 1.0.0 source -- anyone able to compile this?

You're right, the source available there seems to be missing quite a few
files, including at least 10 header files. I have a local copy of the
original source that is in the CVS repository, but I'm not sure if I have
permission to put out a new tar file. Sorry I can't really help more.
