GCC with AltiVec support

Good news! GCC with AltiVec is finally available.

Go to http://www.altivec.org/ and click on "Tools"

I find it amusing that they have PC, Solaris, and Linux x86 binaries, but
no LinuxPPC.

Fortunately they have patches and full source.
