I noticed now that I forgot to put the arch/arm changes into the for-next
branch for 3.9. I'm putting it into late/cleanup now, as this is a cleanup
removing unnecessary definitions from spear13xx.

All the patches for the drivers/dma were already merged by Vinod in 3.9, so
this has no impact on his subsystem.
