Frankly, I think worrying about a "presentation" type format like
DocBook / TeX / whatever is premature. Our immediate concern is just
getting the bindings down somewhere consistent, for which a wiki /
website is appropriate. Bundling them up into a nice PDF publishable
book is a problem for another day.
