I experienced this with a Philips TV, but it does not happen with a Sony
Bravia.

Someone said it could depend on HDMI implementation on the TV part, but
it doesn't happen in GameOS, I don't know how much this theory can hold.

Using component instead of HDMI fixed the problem for some people.
