Finally I got it worked, but the screen is rotating 90 degrees.
(The binary release by Geoff doesn't have such problem)
I tried to build on ppc64 host (Yellowdog 6.1) and I got same result...

>> cd openwrt-petitboot
>> ./scripts/feeds update

> at this point you should execute:
> ./scripts/feeds install -a

Should I run feeds-install after appling the petitboot testing patches?
