> ./scripts/feeds update

at this point you should execute:
./scripts/feeds install -a

If you do not install the feeds, the packages referred to by the 
configuration cannot be selected by the build system.

> make menuconfig # select Target System to Sony PS3 Game Console
> make world

instead of the above use:
cp target/linux/ps3/petitboot/defconfig-ps3-petitboot .config
make defconfig
make
