Current kernels no longer export asm/ps3av.h. I do not have it in /usr/include
anymore.

I just gave ps3-utils-2.3 a try and it built fine. Configure detected
asm/ps3av.h was not there, and it handled it fine.

However, after manually putting a recent ps3av.h in /usr/include/asm, configure
no longer worked.

So please remove /usr/include/asm/ps3av.h.
