http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/7/ppc/kernel-headers-2.6.23.12-52.fc7.ppc.rpm
should have the fix as well, but I didn't check.

I'm also not sure if it's safe to update the kernel-headers package without
updating glibc as well.
