Hello,

This patch set provides several changes for sputrace and spufs markers.
Summary:

- Fix inconsistencies between the markers tracked by sputrace and the
  markers in the spufs markers.

- Add new markers to allow finer-grained tracing of the SPU scheduler.
  The git change that added sputrace said that the markers that came
  with it were "incomplete" and that more should be added, so I hope
  this is OK.

- Some random changes to sputrace and the macros to define markers.

Each patch has a detailed description at the beginning.

I am currently maintaining this patch set locally and use it alongside
SystemTap to obtain detailed traces of the SPU scheduler.  It would be
nice if they were pushed upstream for everybody else's benefit.
