When you are sending a new version of a patch, I strongly suggest you
give it a subject line that doesn't begin with "Re:".  Give it a
subject line that is suitable for use as the headline when the patch
goes into a git repository, i.e. that will make sense and be
meaningful for someone browsing the kernel git repository years from
now.
