Hi!

Ahh, I see, those lines were trying to tell me to look for config.log in 
'wait-for-single', didn't get that, my bad.

Now, config.log in 'wait-for-single' says it failed in spe, so that's 
the config.log I've attached this time. Hopefully that'll make it easier 
to spot the problem.
