Norberto, others,
	The one reason I suggest an actual book is that I believe it is seen as
a more prestigious publication, where as an electronic publication while
more easily managed is not quite the same.  It is something that would
be in the National Library, select Universities, etc, not so much for
general sale.

	Of course if we were going to do such a publication, I'd expect to hand
most of the work over to someone like WoodsLane, etc.  If we get such
support I don't see a single publication/year would be such a big issue
to manage (however, finding anyone to do some management is a big issue
in itself).
