Unfortunately not that easy - we still DO have to conform to the
trust requirements, and to AUUG's role as a responsible manager.
And we need valid signaturies on both AUUG's side (which need to
be changed over to the current board once its reconstructed),
and from the Lions Award trustee's. The difficulty in coordinating
all of this is precisely the reason its still hanging around.

I'm working on it - give me time to coordinate and arrange things!
