[Auugps] Incorporation

A second shot at some Objects for AUUGPS:

The objects of the association are:

- to be the custodian of the domain name "auug.org.au" and all
subdomains of that name;

- to set up and maintain procedures whereby email addresses in the above
domains may be arranged, operated and removed when no longer required;

- to receive and keep safe such digital and physical items and documents
as the association may see fit to preserve, in particular those of AUUG
Incorporated;

- to make said items available to interested parties by appropriate
means and on appropriate terms;

- to purchase, lease, hire or otherwise acquire by means of trustees or
others for the purposes of the association any real or personal property
and to let, demise, sell, mortgage or otherwise dispose of the same; and
        
- to do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment
of the above objects.
