Yaboot on a Powermac G4

Hi guys

I hope someone can help me out here because I'm having a few problems.

I have just installed Fedora Core 5 on my Powermac G4. I don't have a Mac OS
on there so it's just Fedora. Install went fine and Fedora boots up
perfectly. However if I preform a reboot either from the GUI or the command
line I get a flashing questionmark. Which as I'm sure you know is the Mac
failing to find an OS. But if I preform a shutdown and then power the Mac
back on it boots fine.

Does anyone know how I can fix this. Its obviously really annoying as I cant
reboot the server remotly.
