yaboot-1.3.17 failure on 9114-275 (power4+)

i did, some days ago,  a quick update on IBM 9114-275 (Intellistation POWER 275) 1.45Ghz 2/way with latest firmware.
It was unable to load the kernel but old 1.3.16 worked fine. Again, same 1.3.17 binaries worked fine on 9123-710 (POWER5).

I cannot do further test, on that box,  in the next future to investigate about... thus i'd like to know if somebody got the same problem.

Btw, i also report a proper boot with 1.3.17 on iBookG4, YDL_Powerstation, XServeG4DP1.33, OpenPOWER710.
