Yaboot link address

Hi, I sow that Yaboot is linked at the address 0x200000 (by passing
-Ttext 0x02d000 to ld ). I was wandering why is it linked at this
address? There is some specific reason?
Also I would like to ask if you also set offset and align (in Program
Headers) and if you do where is it set?
