yaboot 1.3.14 release candidate 2

There have been a few more enhancements (particularly surrounding
netbooting) and merges from various distros trees, and it's time to have
a second release candidate.  I'm going to aim for release on Friday June
1st, so if you find any issues please give feedback on yaboot-devel
detailing hardware, open firmware and configuration information.
