[snowpatch] patchwork tracking for snowpatch

Hi all

Thanks to Jeremy Kerr we now have patchwork set up for snowpatch itself, 
available at:

	http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/snowpatch/

Ironically, snowpatch doesn't actually work with the current version of 
patchwork installed on patchwork.ozlabs.org (we currently use the API 
being developed by the patchwork.freedesktop.org guys) but hopefully 
that'll one day change...
