[SLOF] Loading a file from hard disk?

I’m new to SLOF and I’d like to test an option rom for a device.

 I need to load the Rom binary from a disk.

What disk formats can SLOF read?

I’m using qemu and have attached a disk as -derive file=qemu-img,if-scsi,index=0

Is there a way I can get a Directory of the disk, dir disk:,\ doesn’t work, no dir command.
