[SLOF] Unimplemented SPAPR hcall 0xf003

When running current QEMU master with option "-d unimp", there is a
message like following during boot:

 Unimplemented SPAPR hcall 0x000000000000f003

... and indeed, SLOF seems to call an hypercall called
KVMPPC_H_RTAS_UPDATE in the SLOF sources which has not been implemented
in QEMU yet? Is this still in the works? Or should the call be removed
from SLOF instead?
