[Skiboot] What is "NPU6 Found LPARSHORT = ..."

Hello

I am running a stress test on a P9 DD2.1 machine with V100 GPU cards. I
found there are some messages in /sys/firmware/opal/msglog. What does these
msg stand for? Are they hints of some kind of problem?

[445217.407812726,7] NPU6: Found LPARSHORT = 0x0 for BDF = 0x400
[445217.408315717,7] NPU6: Found LPARSHORT = 0x2 for BDF = 0x600
[445217.408812085,7] NPU6: Found LPARSHORT = 0x1 for BDF = 0x500

There are 6 GPU cards on the node. But I only ran test on the first 3 GPU
cards.

I found this seems to be reported by Skiboot. So I asked in this mailing
list. If this is not the right place, please also help to tell me the right
place or person to get help from. Thank you.
