[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/8] misc fixes and cleanups

These are various bugs and cleanups taken from work and review
comments on the little endian series.

Any of these can be taken independently. I have not tested the map
trace areas on P9, just noticed it when going over the POWER7 patch.
