Merged to master as of 6cea3a7bba7c59ab6f9790e2dba056bc5f78191d

I'll bump skiboot in op-build as I see you have the PR up for inclusion
of the Nicole platform, and we may as well merge things in the order in
which if you compile you have a chance of booting.
