Seems to work for me, at least on p9dsu *not* doing hiomap, which is a
good place to start.

So, merged to master as of a6131d3a215de6f6daa48d0f5141fd8964d8586e, and
into 6.0.x for 6.0.11 as of ee6a266a2b23ecd11a6b1b5fd3a3a67797012217
