[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/3] IPMI and BMC fixups

After some discussion with Maury and Joseph, there's a few
IPMI changes that should be made for OpenBMC and AMI based systems,
specifically around the OEM code being used.

This series should get us to a state where:
- partial_add_esel works on OpenBMC
- partial_add_esel works on Romulus regardless of AMI or OpenBMC due to
  them now using the same OEM code (the IBM code, 0x3a)

Stewart Smith (3):
  AMI BMC: use 0x3a as OEM command
  OpenBMC: use 0x3a as OEM command for partial add esel
  Romulus: default to OpenBMC
