[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/2] Use mbox scratch register for p8

This series documents the scratch register used by hostboot, and uses
the presence of the scratch register setting to add mbox to the p8 device
tree.

This allows p8 systems to op in to mbox, if their BMC supports it, by
setting the scratch register. Palmetto running OpenBMC will do this in
the near future.
