I'm a little concerned about the state of relaxed ordering over kexec
boundary, and perhaps we should be resetting something? Or just leave it
up to the driver to ask for the right thing?

I don't think that's an explicit blocker though,
series merged to master as of 1c62f56b33511f4208ae289afb68f3d1f24f3924
