[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/3] P9 core dts support

Hello,

Here is a short series adding some cleanups to the DTS framework
before introducing support for the P9 cores. The P9 DTS were inherited
from P8 and there is not much differences. Other chiplets also have
DTS (cache, nest), their support will be added later on.

I did not have the chance to validate the patchset on real HW and only
did some xscom address validation under qemu and simics. So this is
for review only for the moment, until I can hack a skiboot on a zaius
or a witherspoon system.
