I checked with one of the VAS/NX designers. According to him the icswx
instruction has been removed from P9 and all accesses to NX units
happens with copy/paste and VAS. The existing NX drivers in linux use
icswx and match on "ibm,power-nx" so we shouldn't be adding it, just
"ibm,power9-nx"
