[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/2] Add SuperMicro p8dtu platform

Patches from SuperMicro to enable the p8dtu 1u and 2u platforms.

This is what the recent bmc_platform patch was to enable, as the
SuperMicro BMC has a different OEM command for ESEL.

Apart from that, really simple platform support for OPAL (needed hostboot
changes are not yet upstream though, so you still need SMC patches there)
