Thanks Vasant, the patchset looks good. However I noticed that the unit
tests are now failing. Any chance you could take a look at those also?
We probably need to add new spira hdat and add a test case for that.

Stewart, I have also tested this patchset on top of 133c07b (skiboot
5.2.0-rc1) in mambo as well as FSP and BMC based P7 and P8 machines. The
code worked as expected, finding the legacy SPIRA on P7 and the newer -s
and -h on the P8s.
