[Skiboot] [op-test-framework 0/2] skiroot dropbear test

Hi Stewart,

I've had a stab at adding a test for ensuring dropbear is not running in
the skiroot/petitboot environment.

It lacks the ability to ensure we're in petitboot. Pointers on how we should do
that are welcome.

Consider this a RFC as I've not run the test, as I am still figuring out the
framework.
