Hehe, well I'm tempted to add the OPAL call for PHB3 too but Linux will
never call it so ... ;)

Same goes with the XICS emu ... we could make that work on top of a
real XICS (P7/P8).

Might be worthwhile to do if "other" OSes care or testers that don't
want to run a full OS etc...
