Now merged to master as of 729a547cdd8007cb37cf0f35ffaee96bdaa1500f.

I know there's a few outstanding patches with some documentation
additions and I'll fix those up as I get to them.

For new patches though, sending restructured text and inserting them
into the docs appropriately gets triple bonus points.
