[Skiboot] [PATCH] prd: Enable prd_init() for firestone platform

Call prd_init() on astbmc/firestone platform
in order to enable PRD in host kernel.

Tested on Firestone system with custom HBRT. PRD memory region
parsing in OPAL and host kernel have been verified. Host kernel
PRD driver and application are functional.
