[Skiboot] Some analysis on our tree

I ran gitdm (kind of what's run to produce the LWN reports on each new
kernel release) on the skiboot repository. I'll be doing this fairly
regularly going forward as it's one way to track things such as the
amount of code review that's going on.


I excluded the initial commit which is Ben doing the import for the
initial Open Source release, as it largely distorts the figures.

I've included the full results below, but I have a few takeaways:
1) We need more people doing code review
2) More tested-by and reported-by would be good
3) We have at least 23 people working on skiboot! Wow!
