Petitboot Maintenance: Out with the new, in with the old!

Hello everyone,

Some exciting changes to where I work and which country I live in mean
I haven't had a lot of time to focus on the Petitboot community 
recently. I will still be around but Jeremy will take on the maintainer
title again so there's someone more actively watching the list.
Otherwise things should continue as normal!
