Petitboot v1.10.2 tagged

Petitboot v1.10.2 has been tagged, including:

- version.sh: Include leading 'v' from git describe

- utils/pb-console: Trap SIGTERM on boot
Particularly relevant for v1.10.x as dropping to the shell would spawn
messages about "elevated shells" and so on in some builds.

Petitboot v1.10.1 was also tagged recently which included a single fix:

- lib/url: Include port in pb_url_to_string()
Where a url's port information could be lost in the PXE parsing logic.
