grub.cfg kernel argument parsing

Looks like the parser is doing variable expansion on the '$' and 
backslash escaping isn't supported?

Try wrapping the address in single quotes, the parser should soak up 
everything in between as-is:

memmap='0x0000000080000000$0000000080000000'
