Petitboot v1.5.1 tagged

Petitboot v1.5.1 has been tagged, including one fix and a small UI improvement:

- Increase height of boot-editor pad
Fixes an issue where long device names could cause the boot editor screen to
fail to display. This occured primarily when the system had logical volumes
with longer names.

- Mention booting device in timeout status
A small addition to help differentiate between different boot options in the
status line
