Petitboot v1.6.{4,5,6} tagged

Petitboot v1.6.4 to v1.6.6 have been tagged. A timely as always summary;

In v1.6.4:

- A number of small build fixes to improve the inclusion of ncurses libraries
  on various systems (particularly Arch Linux)

- Properly handle key codes corresponding to arrow key presses when in
  "application" cursor mode.

In v1.6.5:

- Always cancel autoboot on exit. The normal cancel process was skipped when
  spawning a shell on exit, which could cause the machine to autoboot if the
  user quickly dropped to the shell on startup.

In v1.6.6:

- Fix relative parsing for manual config files. Files manually downloaded by
  the user are downloaded before being passed to the parsers, but (for example)
  the PXE parser would assume relative image paths were relative to the
  downloaded file's path. This is now updated to be properly relative to the
  original source.
