Petitboot v1.2.1 released

Petitboot v1.2.1 has been tagged, including the following fixes over
v1.2.0:

- Update keybindings for subset widgets
  	Since the left/right keys are now used for navigation, update
the 	subset widget to reorder items with -/+ and remove items with
the 	delete or backspace keys.
- Properly set focus when updating subsets
  	Fixes an issue where an old subset option would not disappear.
- Ignore all boot options that do not specify a kernel image
- Use direct IPMI only on BMC-based machines.
  	Fixes an issue on FSP machines trying to use direct IPMI.
- Mark interfaces configured once configured
	This fixes an issue where extra events would be generated for the
	same
interface, resulting in multiple pxe requests.
- Remove default option if device removed.
	Fixes a rare event which could result in a segfault.
