A few outstanding patches

Hi,

I noticed that several of the patches I submitted:

"[PATCH v2 1/1] Add .gitignore and script to manage .po files"
"[PATCH 2/3] Allow evaluation of arbitrarily-positioned arguments in GRUB2
parser"
"[PATCH 3/3] Do not set $0 in functions"

have not yet been discussed on the list or made it into Petitboot, some
after multiple months. I just thought I would check: Is this because
you're not looking to include some of them (e.g., I think whether the
.gitignore file belongs in the repo could be a matter of project
philosophy, though I do think it's useful), or just that you haven't had
the time? If the latter, is there anything I can do to make them easier to
review? For example, if you like Github pull requests better, I'm happy to
do that.

Thanks,
- Alan
