Wrong message order in patch view

[Aaron Kaufman]

Check message arrival time compared to modification time.  Contrary to popular belief that doesn’t mean the message was altered necessarily.   I m not trying to start a flame war re specifications and when SHOULD becomes MUST, but there are valid reasons.
