[PATCH 1/5] trivial: Rename 'CoverLetter' references to 'Cover'

Was confused by this until I realised that this patch doesn't rename 
CoverLetter, just the other classes that have "CoverLetter" in the name...

Anyway, this does appear to remove any references to "CoverLetter" other 
than CoverLetter and CoverLetterAdmin.
