patchwork.ozlabs.org offline for upgrade - Mon 13 April

Hi all,

Given a lot of folks are taking a bit of time off work over Easter, I
will be upgrading the patchwork instance on ozlabs.org in a couple of
minutes, which requires a bit of downtime in order to upgrade the
database and run migrations.

I see that there are a couple of large migrations in the 2.2.0 release,
but hopefully they won't take too long. I'll send an update when we're
done.
